Carl’s career began in some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens, including The Manor House in Castle Combe and The Olive Tree in Bath, where he trained under Michelin-starred chefs. Rising to through the ranks to head chef Before taking on the role of Executive Chef at Thornbury Castle in gloucestershire, he went on to achieve the coveted 3 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, playing a key role in achieving 4 red star rating and becoming a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux establishing his reputation for precision, creativity, and consistency.

His menus are entirely bespoke, built around the best seasonal produce and tailored to every occasion — from intimate dinners to milestone celebrations and corporate events.
